We found the condo to be very clean, comfortable and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed its central location where there is walkable access to restaurants, sightseeing and groceries. The mountain view from our condo was outstanding. Regarding access to our condo unit #404, we were unable to use either the building parkade or elevator when we arrived on June 2, due to the heavy rainfall and flooding of the parkade area. We therefore had to use the stairwell to transport ourselves and our luggage to Unit 404. At that time, we noted that there was red tape across the door latch of the 3rd/ 4th floor access door to prevent it from locking. We were informed the following morning, June 3, that the elevator was back in service. That same morning, my husband used the stairs to retrieve something from our vehicle. When he came back up the stairwell, however, the 3rd/4th floor access door was locked, i.e. the red tape had been removed from the door latch. There was no access keypad to open the door, leaving him stranded in the stairwell. Fortunately, the 2nd floor access door was unlocked, so that he could use the elevator to access the fourth floor. It seems unreasonable that the access door on the 3rd/ 4th floor stairwell was locked, while the door on floor 2 was unlocked. There needs to be a reliable alternative to access the units on all floors other than the elevator. If security is the issue, perhaps installation of keypads at all the floor access doors would be in order.

Great location. Condo was in Excellent condition and quiet. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioners were a plus and certainly needed. I suggest adding a sign on where to take the garbage since we could not find the garbage bins. Will certainly book again when I’m back to Banff. Thank you

Perfect little condo for our family of four. Very, comfortable, clean with a great view. Two blocks to downtown area. Great location.
