To start, the unit was impeccable. Meticulously clean and extremely well appointed. From there, the service from the initial contact all the way through to check out was 11 out of 10. Will be using this organization over and over again for our stays and our staff requirements when required!

The unit was misrepresented in the advertisement that we booked from on Expedia. It clearly stated that the unit was a three-bedroom unit, however, it was actually a two-bedroom unit with a pull-out couch. The unit itself was lovely and modern with all of the amenities however there was no view. It is a great location between Canmore and Banff and a great place to lay your head at night. The unit is not accessible for people who have accessibility issues. There were a lot of stairs to get up to the unit.

Easy check in process, beautiful condo

Our experience was overall very good. The downs were the size of bedrooms and very little space for your suitcase items. One room had no closet. There were no hooks for towels or hanging items. Difficult to find Live Tv. UPS are: very clean, well equipped and maintained. The washer and dryer were easy to use. The location in Harvie Heights was ideal for the places we wanted to visit.

Great place to stay! Fair price, clean and was stocked with everyday essentials (Paper towel, oil for cooking, ziplock bags, etc...).
